The waste is sorted and dried, thus reducing the moisture and eliminating the odor.
This is done through a series of bio-filters. Moisture reduction is accomplished through a series of several steps and produces clean water that could be utilized for agriculture irrigation and, or drinking water.
Waste is processed into green electricity with low production costs. The production of gas is 99% emission-free, with no smell, no ash, and no residue. The three separate reactors change the waste into Gas and COKE. After the gasification process there are still fine oils and tar particles in the gas stream, the scrubber removes those. These particles are condensed in a special cleaning process and returned to the reactor plant via a crack reactor. In the crack reactor, the particles are processed into clean gas.
