2014-2016

Samaha Group traces its beginnings in sustainable energy to 2014, where we initially focused on the construction and design of photovoltaic facilities. Completing more than 40 net-zero projects between 2015-2016.

Having successfully provided an environmentally friendly solution for scrap tires since 1986, INTEC engineers focused on the research and development of a more efficient way to process municipal solid waste (including plastics and special waste), inventing the INTEC Thermolytic Cracking Process (INTEC-TCP®).  

2018

After INTEC received the USA patent in April 2018, Samaha Group spent several months learning more about the INTEC waste-to-energy technology and process. 

2019

Throughout 2019, Samaha Group performed necessary due diligence to begin exclusivity negotiations with INTEC.    

2020

In April 2020, an exclusivity agreement was signed by INTEC Energies GmbH and Samaha Group, for USA representation, with rights to International projects and customer protection. October 2020, INTEC and Samaha Group entered into a separate collaboration agreement, further cementing INTEC's commitment to Samaha Group.
