Our non-combustion gasification technology utilizes 4,400 tons of waste per day, or more, including clothes, plastics including PVC, lawn grass, food waste, scrap tires, medical waste (processed separately) up to 551 pounds per hour, waste oil (processed separately), sewage sludge, and paper mill sludge.

The waste is sorted and dried, thus reducing the moisture and eliminating the odor. This is done through a series of fully automated shredders, rotary boxes, and bio-filters. Moisture reduction is accomplished through a series of several steps and produces clean water that can be utilized for agriculture irrigation.
